Kyu Kamei-tei (Former Kamei residence)
総合商社カメイの初代社長宅。伝統的な和館に洋館を取り入れた貴重な建築物です。現在は市民の手により保存され、各種団体などがイベント会場として利用している。
Kyu Kamei-tei (former Kamei residence) is a historical building built in 1924 by the first president of Kamei Corporation in Shiogama. It uses Japanese and Western-style housing architectural style, which incorporates a Western sensibilities into a traditional Japanese building, and is a building of such extremely high historical value that is difficult to reproduce with modern technology.
